Consultations

Before we perform any service, we do a complete consultation with you.  We want you to be happy with your look, and to feel comfortable with it’s up keep, and home maintenance.

Pricing

All service prices are based on the time spent and the cost of the products used. Raye & Company uses only the best professional products for your hair care services.

Tips

Tips are greatly appreciated but not required.  

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Time has been reserved for you when you schedule your appointment.  Changes or cancellations require a 24 hour notice.  Non cancellation or no-show appointments will be billed to you.  Multiple services may require a credit card to reserve that time for you.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available with any dollar amount. Gift Certificates are good for up to one year after purchase.

Returns/Re-dos

Any product may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy with any service.  We will schedule a re-do of any service within 7 days of your original appointment.

Referrals

We continue to grow our business based on your referrals. We will provide you with business cards to give your friends.  Once two of you friends comes into the salon, you will receive a FREE shampoo, cut, and style.

V.I.P Services

We provide services on special dates, wedding, birthday parties, etc., by special request.  A 50% non-refundable deposit if required for these appointments.

Returned checks

A $ 20.00 charge will be placed on all returned checks.
